10th ASPIRE Annual Conference (October 7 – 9): The Dragon’s Teeth

Kraków, Poland – 4th September 2025 – ASPIRE, an organisation committed to promoting the growth of the IT and Global Business Services sector in Poland, has announced the 10th ASPIRE Annual Conference, which will be held October 7 – 9, 2025 at three separate venues in Krakow.
The ASPIRE Annual Conference will bring together 1,500 change-makers from across tech, business services, creative industries, and civic leadership. These stakeholders will participate in the transformation of Krakow’s historic Forty Kleparz into an epicentre of innovation and connection.
Why the Dragon’s Teeth?
In Krakow, the dragon is woven into the city’s founding story. In myth, the dragon’s teeth symbolise power and potential – planted in fertile ground they grow into warriors.
In the case of the ASPIRE Annual Conference, the “teeth” are the people and skills that form the ecosystem. But the teeth are also the untapped potential. The Dragon’s Teeth is ASPIRE’s invitation to activate this potential together.

The Dragon’s Teeth transforms Forty Kleparz into a city-within-a-city, 6 magical realms in a mythical kingdom, each with their own unique rhythm, audience and energy, each leading delegates towards a better future.
Beyond the Festival
The event isn’t just a one-day celebration. It’s the centrepiece of a three-day journey. Before the festival, ASPIRE opens the conference proceedings with a cultural evening at the Palace of Fine Arts. Afterwards, delegates will convene a Leaders’ Summit to shape Krakow’s shared future.
These invitation-only gatherings bring together artists, academics, city leaders, and strategic thinkers from across the Krakow ecosystem.
