Is InPost the Best Employer in Poland in 2025?

InPost Group is Poland’s leading independent parcel delivery operator, best known for its yellow Paczkomat® self-service lockers. As part of the Integer.pl Group, InPost now employs over 6,000 people based across nine European markets (including France, the UK, Italy, Spain, and the Benelux countries).

The company likes to highlight stable jobs and a friendly team spirit when it talks to new hires. It has grown fast, and almost everyone in Poland knows its yellow lockers. That kind of recognition gives its employer brand a real boost.

But visibility isn’t everything when it comes to being an attractive employer. For jobseekers, what counts is whether InPost offers good pay, clear growth paths, a healthy culture, and fairness to its employees.

Based on the latest employee reviews, surveys, and employer feedback as of this month, InPost shows both strengths and challenges in its employer brand in Poland.

InPost Employer Brand Rankings and Recognition

InPost is extremely well-known in Poland. Its consumer brand recognition is nearly universal — recent reports state it is recognised by 99 percent of Polish consumers as a parcel-delivery service. That level of public recognition gives it a leg up in employer branding: many people want to work for a company whose name people know and trust.

Furthermore, InPost’s employer brand has been validated by several recent surveys and awards. Key recognitions include:

  • Statista/ForbesBest Employers in Poland 2022 (Transport & Logistics) – InPost was included in the list of Top Employers for 2022. (This ranking was based on an anonymous employee survey by Statista and Forbes.)
  • Forbes “Best Employers in Poland 2023” (Transport & Logistics) – InPost ranked 6th among transport/logistics companies in 2023.
  • Great Place To Work® “Best Workplaces™ Poland 2025” – InPost appears among the 55 companies on this list (which includes names like Amazon and Apple). This award is based on high employee survey scores — 89 percent of employees at the winning firms say “This is a great place to work,” versus 51 percent at average companies.

These external validations indicate a relatively strong employer brand for InPost in its sector. As InPost proudly noted on its blog, “We are very proud of this award! … [it] motivates us even more!” — referring to the recognition received from Forbes/Statista. Indeed, the Forbes survey asked employees about wages, promotion opportunities, work conditions, and willingness to recommend the employer, showing that InPost scored well enough to earn those accolades.

InPost Employee Reviews: What Workers Say in 2025

On Glassdoor, InPost Poland has a 3.6/5 rating from 124 reviews — slightly above the transport & logistics sector’s around 3.5. About 60 percent would recommend the company to a friend. “Career opportunities” score high (about 4.0), while “Work/Life Balance” (about 3.2) and “Compensation & Benefits” (around 3.4) are weaker. Feedback on culture, management, and leadership is mixed: some praise fast growth and recognition, others cite pressure, inconsistency, or uneven decision-making.

Non-office staff (couriers, locker maintenance) often report heavy workloads and lower pay, though they note brand strength and varied roles. Overall, reviews suggest opportunity comes with high stress and at a fast pace.

On Indeed, scores for pay & benefits, job security, and management hover at 3.0–3.1. Employees mention learning and growth potential, but a lack of clarity when it comes to being promoted, unstable contracts in some units, and misaligned pay vs. workload.

InPost Employer Challenges in Poland 2025

Despite recognition, InPost shows gaps against top employer standards — chiefly in pay and work–life balance. Compensation rates below tech or established firms, especially outside HQ or major cities, while logistics demands and tight deadlines strain work–life balance.

Career advancement is another concern. Though many cite “opportunities,” reviewers note uneven access across departments or locations, with management sometimes lacking structure in communication or planning.

How InPost Matches Student and Graduate Job Priorities

Surveys like Universum show Polish students now prize meaningful work, work–life balance, career growth, D&I, compensation, and transparent leadership with stable contracts.

InPost aligns with some expectations: a visible mission, modern logistics tech, rapid expansion, and a recognized brand. Employees highlight skill-building in operations, tech, and customer service, plus exposure to new services and tools.

Yet reviews also note weaker work–life balance and inconsistent compensation compared to top tech or global service firms.

Is InPost Poland’s Best Logistics Employer in 2025?

Based on available data, InPost is a strong player in Poland’s logistics-ecommerce job market. Its brand recognition, growth, and hands-on roles appeal to those who value fast change and visible impact.

But whether it is the best employer depends on priorities. For stability, higher pay, clearer career paths, and work-life balance, tech, finance, and established e-commerce or logistics firms often outperform InPost, offering more standardized HR practices and consistent benefits.

Earlier this year, Inpost’s president and founder, Rafał Brzoska, announced an extra £1 billion (5+ billion PLN) investment in the UK by 2029 — which could translate to at least 12,000 new jobs. If that’s anything to go by, one could say the yellow Paczkomat® lockers company is well on its way to joining the ranks of the best employers in Poland, and the UK, for that matter.

InPost: A Top Employer in Poland’s Logistics Sector

To sum it up, in 2025, InPost looks like a “near-top” employer in Poland. In some cities or departments, it could even be one of the best. But surveys and employee feedback show it’s not the top choice everywhere. There’s still work to do on clearer career paths, better pay for lower-tier roles, and easing the workload to improve work–life balance.

For young professionals drawn to fast-paced, meaningful work, InPost offers a lot. For those seeking comfort, predictability, and premium benefits, other employer brands still have an edge.
